What is a Traineeship?

A Traineeship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn new skills and enhance your ability to find employment.

It offers you the chance to gain high quality work experience in different working environments, while also improving your English and Maths skills.

You will also take part in training to prepare you for work including CV writing, job search and application skills, interview skills, and what to expect in the workplace.

To qualify for the Traineeship you must…

Be NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training)
Have not yet achieved a level 3 qualification
Be aged 16-18
Be committed to attending the programme full-time for 3 months
