The impact of our EFL Clubs in their communities
Our Clubs and Club Community Organisations (CCOs) have always had a unique position at the heart of their respective towns and cities. The work undertaken by our Clubs in their communities continues to have a clear and lasting impact. Together we reach over 850,000 people each year across England and Wales. The hours committed by players, Clubs and CCOs, the volume of staff and volunteers involved and the numbers of people they reach is remarkable and we are proud to celebrate this work.
For more information about the impact of our Clubs in their communities on a national scale you can read our ‘Measuring the Impact of Clubs in the Community – Insight and Impact Report 2020’ in either summary or full report version by clicking on the images below. This was a unique study provided by sport and leisure management consultants, Knight, Kavanagh and Page (KKP) following an intensive research project with all our network’s Clubs and CCOs.

COVID-19 Response
Our Clubs and Club Community Organisations (CCOs) have always been and remain at the heart of the support for their communities and their importance to the daily lives of so many cannot be underestimated. That has been reflected in the outstanding collective efforts they have made in supporting the community response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
